Thinking of Taking job in IIIcell

Hi,

Just got an idea of taking a job in iiicell itself..as after working here m not able to concentrate on studies.So thinking ki yahin kaam kar le...coz this is d work m njoying alot..taking interviews,planning for companies..convincing students to not look the package but to move on with the profile of the organization,talking directly to HR's of various companies..and lot more..Matlab its real fun working over here..
Nd the profile m looking to work with an organization is also of the same kind..so a thought came ki wat abt Sir Recruits me himself..it would be a real fun with interest..
The satisfaction i get after my classmates get selected is the best feeling i had ever got till now..and after learning so many things..studies is not my cup of tea..feels like its boring and always try to find out 1 or the other way to improve the classmates in things they are weak in..to motivate juniors..nd many more..
So a Thought of doin job in iiicell...:)

Last day @ College

Today was the last day in college officially..which makes our Term End..END..not only for term but many things like Lecture,Assignments,Test,Labs,Recess,Chit Chating , SMSing in lecture,sleeping during lecture,missing attendance..etc many more things ..An end of our college life..
As i recall myself being a Nirma student..initially it was the worst experience i had..but now when i recollect all..m proud to be here in this college..searching for a reason i cant find but..I am..thats the reality..Not knowing what should i miss..will surely missing my friends..though I have chance still to go to college bcoz of IIIcell..m happy for that..but thinking about future it is also not having many days remaining...matlab only a month or 2 then...then that would be also make an end..Y in this life there's  END of all..dont know..but dis is what called as LIFE..
It was an end were v spent an year attending the lectures..the class..the benches were we used to sit everyday.. the meetings v did..the shouting,screaming,scolding...everything...END to all..

Best and Worst comes hand in hand..

Today was 1 of the best day for few of my Friends..as they got placed..
The response of all of them was just awesome..none of them thought that this day would bring the end of all there efforts for placement and training done by them till now..It was just great as the company guys didn't told us the result they called all the people whoever were selected for the group discussion round..we the coordinators were excited for the result lyk we lost wer mind nd wer just standing around d small window to guess who was finally selected..some of our friends did told ki hav u lost ur mind..wat d company will think u all making such a fuss around tht small window..but things for us wer out of control..
And finally as they declared d result among them..v figured out who wer d guys selected and started celebrating without ene confirming ki wer they selected or it was jst sumthng els...bt wen they did came it was d same which v figured..simply a gr8 feeling ..all were very happy..they never thought ki dis would be ther big day of life..
I remember what Dhaval who got placed said to me "Rachana I never thought ki dis would bt the end of my tention for placements and training..2day when i left home..never imagined ki would be returning being employed.."
I dnt knw wat d feeling is of gettin employed ..bt i njoyd the feeling which v get after each of our classmates get placed..simply a gr8 feeling..all was well but at tht end sumthing happened which atleast we never expected..It was just like things were misunderstood to a great extent tht it couldnt be controlled..
As a saying ki "when the end is well its all well"..but 2day it was diffrnt..it started well but didnt ended atleast for us(coordinators)..nyways very Happy for all who got placed..Congrats and hav a gr8 life aheadd..:)

Uncertainty

Hi,

The day started with bad news..sometimes i think life is so uncertain na ..matlab u meeting sum1,talking with him and after an hour or so..u got to know that d person will never meet u again..the most cruel truth of life..there's no identity of the individual left..sometime before he was present and then it was all past..

Was very disturbed by experiencing such a feeling when u can feel how it felt..when it was like ki kaash aisa nai hua hota..kaash sirf 2 min haath me hote to i could have changed the things..the person goes but what left is his never fading memories,his everlasting support,his hard work,dedication and all...everything remains here but only the individual leaves us..very nostalgic feeling which cant be expressed but only can be felt..

Sometimes i think if this is the only truth of life then y do we struggle so hard..y do we compete with the situation..its all just takes a minute to demolish all and everything becomes past..don't know y m writing such but couldn't control my feelings inside me..needed sum1 as strong as me who can understand what i meant not getting depress himself..so thought of writing..don't know it would be so bad..matlab u will never meet that person ever again in your life..

Placement(Day-0)

As the time was passiing in iiicell offfice,while discussing the things sumthing striked in evry1's mind..that was to maintain the dairy and then i thought to share it with you all
So Begining with the 1st day of Placements and the most important day of many's life,as the bus stoped and i started 4 d registration venue(canteen 1st floor)....was surprised to see the atmosphere..the college was throbbing by the students in formals lookin like the Proffessionals.Every1 was jst too excited as it was d 1'st company visiting our campus... the day for which,all waited for 2 long,though the company was Futures First..a non tech company..there were very few who wanted to go in..

But the scenario at the time of aptitude test was that every1 wanted to sit and check there aptitude though not willing to continue with d company..as we were on with the placement process of Futures First,we also had Tata Technologies waiting in the queue on the same day..and for me it was the 1st experience handling different moods of friends with lots of confusion,which was really superb with fun..though we messed up the situation which could have been far more better but the overall practice was awesum..and not mentioning the things which we messed up..:P..the 1st day for placemnets was over in return waiting for a long more messed up night wid candidates of futures first..lots of confusion,mis communication,anger..everything was in weather..heating up the scene while the interviews for tata tech wer going on..finally it ended all well..nd had a great learning along with my level of patience and pressure which i can withstand..:)
